- The IT4S research group and the company Urbanscape architecture-Knauf Insulation have been collaborating for more than two years in order to improve the extensive green roofs performance under Mediterranean climate. As all nature-based solutions, a local adaptation have to be done to guarantee that the best possible operation under each specific climatic conditions is reached. With this purpose a set of experimental actions have been conducted under Mediterranean climate by using Urbanscape green roof solutions. Runoff quality and quantity assessment were main objectives of this 2-year research project
